National Walk to Remember
Rwandan Parliament and Amahoro Stadium, Kigali | 5:45pm
The Walk to Remember was created by young Rwandans as a way to stand against genocide. Today hundreds of thousands of Rwandans and friends from around the world walk together to remember the victims of the genocide and support survivors.
Amahoro Stadium, Kigali | 6:00pm
A candle lit vigil to remember the victims of the genocide will take place at the stadium. It will include songs, photo montages, and footage from Kwibuka20 events from around the world.
